Your new job

We're looking for a Senior UI Designer to be part of our awesome Experience Design team. You will:

  • Create best in class usable and accessible user interfaces for products, services, and features that our customers use every day
  • Apply NAB’s visual language to design while adhering to brand, legal and accessibility guidelines.  
  • Apply creative problem solving to new and existing products and features. 
  • Work with dynamic, cross-functional teams, who keep the customer at the centre of the process and deliver change

Experience and skills you'll need

3-5 years of experience in a UI role, demonstrating:

  • Excellent interface design skills enabling the creation of quality artefacts such as task and user flows, wireframes and high fidelity creative. 
  • Proven knowledge of the design process, User Interface Design methodologies and principles. 
  • Experience in cross-functional agile teams that deliver customer-centred digital products and services
  • Experience working with requirements and recommending change that will improve digital products and services, where necessary. 
  • Experience engaging with Developers and Accessibility experts to iterate on design solutions as needed. 
  • Skilled in design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite
