My client are a global software vendor that develops customised Document Management and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. 
They were founded over 30 years ago and focused mainly on print products and this has evolved substantially into a world leading software firm with turnover of $100million.
 
The Role 
 
You will be working in a specialised team of Presales Engineer assisting the Sales team in conducting technical Demo's, client visits, pricing and developing detailed scopes of work.
 
 
Skills and Knowledge 

• This role will suit someone who comes from a technical background and previous experience in a presales or solution architecture role
• Exceptional relationship builder and confidence presenting technical demos to clients
• Experience with Document Management Software, OCR Capture & Eforms will be highly advantageous and knowledge of the following products is desirable: Abbyy Flexicapture OR OCR  Optical Character Recognition products or Other products such as onbase, PsiCapture, SimpleIndex, Kleptomania, Textract SDK, Readiris,Boxoft, Ecopy, Autostore
• ECM (Enterprise Content Management) exposure across products such as M-Files, Filebound, DocuShare, Nuxeo, Laserfiche, Confluence, Seismic,SpringCM, DocuWare, Lexmark, Oracle WebCenter, Vault, IBM FileNet, Ametras,FileBound, OpenText and Alfresco 
• Proficient in quoting and developing professional services pricing for customers
• Experience in developing detailed Scopes of Work (including metadata and workflows)
