Hudson are exclusively partnering with the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources (DEDJTR) as the Victorian Government department moves into the next phase of their Future Workplace Program, delivering a suite of contemporary tools, solutions and change management activities.

A requirement exists for 2 Change Analysts, well versed in Agile delivery, to join the program change team on a fixed term basis, supporting a number of projects delivering new capabilities to staff using Office 365, SharePoint and Nintex Workflow tools.

You will play a key role in understanding the needs of the business that might influence their ability to absorb changes being delivered, and develop solutions and approaches to maximise the benefits to staff.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Evaluating and documenting IT Change and their impacts through business impact and readiness assessments
  2. Undertaking stakeholder analysis, mapping and engagement planning and change management plans and managing change requests
  3. Developing communications and engagement material as required
  4. Working across a broad range of initiatives to ensure alignment of change management activities and plans and supporting the delivery of change readiness and embedding activities
  5. Actively monitor change impacts on stakeholders, provide reports to leaders on upcoming impacts and changes.

Selection Criteria:

  1. A strong ability to communicate and liaise with stakeholders at various organisational levels
  2. Demonstrated experience applying project management and change management delivery principles and achieving desired outcomes
  3. Demonstrated ability to understand complex scenarios and synthesising information clearly and concisely
  4. Understanding of relevant change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI, APMP, CMI, etc.)

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in working within an agile framework, ability to develop user stories
  • Experience in digitising manual processes into a SharePoint / Nintex solution
