About the role and environment
 
A terrific opportunity for a Project Manager with 3-4 years experience to step up and take ownership in a well established SME organisation who are about to embark on the implementation of multiple key ICT projects impacting the overall business. You should have a good blend of experience encompassing Applications / Infrastructure / CRM/ERP / Networks etc to enable you to work seamlessly across multiple technologies and disciplines.

You will lead small teams to effectively meet agreed project deliverables and you'll need to be comfortable managing projects within already established governance frameworks and have the flexibility to work in a dynamic and sometimes enigmatic environment. Another key element to the success of this position will be your enjoyment interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders from front-line staff to C-suite.

Essential Criteria

• Demonstrated experience in delivering ICT projects with a significant Information Services component within a large scale environment.
• Demonstrated project leadership, an ability to work in a team and able to relate easily with people of all levels within our organisation.
• Well organised, strong time management skills and able to multi-task across various projects simultaneously. 
• Highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills. 
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Prince2 Project Management best practice methods, fundamentals and tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and technical individuals at all levels including the executive level.

Desirable Criteria

• Prince2 certification and/or having a demonstrable understanding of Prince2 project methods, standards and principals.
• PMP and Agile Certifications and/or having a demonstrated understanding. 
• ITIL Certification OR understanding of having worked in an ITIL environment.
• Proficient in core MS Office products, including Visio and Project.
• Knowledge of SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
• Sound understanding of organisational change management methods and practices.
