We are actively looking for a Professional Services Consultant who:

You are:

A client focused individual who can engage, influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders for both existing and new products. You are a forward, analytical and intuitive thinker who is committed to championing new ideas, concepts and resources to ensure projects reach a successful launch.

You will:

Provide a broad range of consultation, training, skill transfers, implementation assistance and advice for designated Pitney Bowes products.  Solutions will generally centre around our Confirm product but with the capacity to comprise a wide range of Software and Data offerings covering solutions at desktop, server or enterprise level.  Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Managing implementation of designated product for clients
  • Advising clients with implementation issues related to data configuration, business processes and  successful set up and operation of specified products
  • Assisting in the investigation of issues relating to the operational use of products 
  • Providing guidance to relevant stakeholders on the benefits and use of products
  • Developing and reviewing user documentation and training collateral 
  • Providing guidance to Product Consultants and internal stakeholders with feedback on possible amendments to designated products based on client discussions or training sessions.

Your background:

  • Reasonably high level of business and organisational understanding, as applied in a consulting / development environment
  • Understanding of multi-tiered architecture and integration issues
  • Demonstrable knowledge and practical application of training, data relationships/dependencies and business process documentation and configuration 
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills to share information and present to a wide ranging audience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to express ideas and present information 
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to develop alternative solutions and resolve problems when needed 
  • Previous experience working in Local Government (is preferred), as well as infrastructure asset management or civil engineering experience.
