We are currently looking for an experienced Solution Architect to work with QLD Health within their Payroll Portfolio team on a Workforce Management project. This is a contract role through until November however we expect this will extend. The role will be based on the fringe of the CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain end-to-end fit for purpose solution architectures and designs
- Development of business cases, cost estimation for solution architectures and designs.
- Identify and minimise solution design and delivery related issues,
- Consult, negotiate and communicate with internal and external business and system stakeholders
- Conducting and documenting of architectural trade-off analysis to support architectural decisions
- Lead the development of solution architectures for complex healthcare processes
Key Skills Required:
- 5 + years’ experience as a Solution Architect ideally within a Large complex environment
- Proven hands on experience across multiple SAP Modules
- Proven track record in a similar role on a large scale HR project. The product set for QH includes SAP and Workbrain.
- Good knowledge of Fiori standards and current UX trends and tools
- Proven experience in HR/Payroll/Rostering solutions
- Proven experience in the development and implementation of information management and digital strategies
- Proven expertise in applying architectural techniques, methodologies, tools and principles ensuring consistency with and traceability across specified requirements within enterprise architecture, ICT investment and governance frameworks.
- Proven experience in the development and implementation of solution architectures
- Strong communication skills written and oral
- Proven experience integrating multiple business systems
