About the Role:

The Organisational Change Manager will be dedicated to the review of individual projects, Organisational Change Management strategies and developing a portfolio of Organisational Change Management Strategies for Digital Transformation. This is a Part-Time role, offering 24 working hours a week.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

As the Organisational Change Manager you will:

  • Lead the effective and efficient development, implementation, monitoring and review of change management initiatives.
  • Lead and dive the engagement with a wide and diverse stakeholder group that has both direct and non‐direct impact on the direction and conceptual design of the final solution.
  • Work in close collaboration with other essential change related stream within the project to ensure a collective successful outcomes is achieved by all project participants.

Skills and Experience:

You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:

  • Lead the development and review of organisational change management strategy and associated plans to enable the effective implementation of a range of significant change management initiatives.
  • Consult with multiple broad and diverse senior management stakeholders to identify and define the changes to processes, procedures and practices needed to achieve change and deliver the planned benefits.
  • Lead the identification of potential risks and issues, and develop innovative strategies and solutions that support the implementation of employee focused change management.
  • Identify potential points of resistance to change and develop counter strategies to reduce resistance and address doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change to foster a positive acceptance of change.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships, formal arrangements and strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders to assess the readiness of the organisation, ensuring a strong commitment to change management.
  • Create specific change management plans, including communications and training plans to lead employees through structured change management activities so there is consistency in adopting change for every employee, project team and work unit.
  • Develop project artefacts that support the change management activities, such as communications and learning reference material.
  • Establish parameters to measure effectiveness of change initiatives through the provision of performance intelligence, including benchmarking data that inform future directions and support executive decision making.
  • Diagnose gaps in the implementation of change and develop strategies to identify corrective action required to achieve full adoption for the change.
  • Participate in project and various working groups, boards, forums, committees and working parties to ensure stakeholder interests are effectively represented, while integrating change methodology and strategy to encourage acceptance of change if required.
