This is a newly created role for a Product Manager to play a key role in driving the end to end digitalization and Customer experience. This person will own the digital platform and take it from a static website to a transactional, customer focused platform.
The right person for this role will be one who can put their self in the shoes of the customer, understanding the end to end consumer journey and how to deliver an unmatched customer experience. In addition, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business.
Being a newly created role, you will need to be able to work in an unstructured environment and have the ability to wear multiple hats.
This is a rare opportunity for someone to make it their own and put their name against an end to end transformation, being the true driving force. You will also work closely with C-suite across strategy and direction of the digital capabilities in the business.
Skill set / experience needed:
- Experience working across & Owning a Digital Product
- Technical knowledge - Ideally a development background
- Experience improving the customers experience
- Experience owning and driving a customer facing website
- Experience working with multiple teams
- Good vendor management experience
- Able to wear multiple hats
- Able to utilise data to make effective decisions (Knowledge of various Analytical platforms)
- Ability to create Roadmaps and Strategic direction for the product
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong leadership skills in order to guide and energize various teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
