About the Role

 

We are currently seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our cutting edge team in Brisbane to deliver innovation technical solutions across all industries, including working with government to radically improve digital information services.

As the Enterprise Architect you will work closely with clients, developers and use the latest industry standards and techniques to research and build the best user experience and engaging, beautiful interfaces.

 

Duties

• Evaluating customer’s business and ICT needs with input to strategic planning of business systems and directions
• Building relationships with C-Level executives toward the trusted advisor role
• Developing enterprise and solution architectural representations to communicate an understanding of organisations and their IT environment, what they do, and where they need to go across domains
• Adoption and application of Oakton and Dimension Data frameworks and methods
• Assisting clients in the definition and execution of key architectural processes
• Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and participating in pre-sales activities

 

Skills & Experience

 We are looking for a talented Enterprise Architect with the following:

• Ability to consult directly with customers and offer strategic advice to enabling objectives
• Demonstrated ability to operate at a consistently high level in isolation and as a team player
• Experience consulting within Agile environments
• Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Architect with familiarity of the TOGAF framework
• Fully competent in one or more related areas (business, application, information and technology)
• Track record of success supporting and delivering complex projects
• Understand business/organisation/marketing context of business solutions
• Able to identify the architectural views and level of detail required to meet the client objectives. The choice needs to consider scope, outcomes, practicality, business benefits, fit for purpose, budget and timeframe
• Able to contribute in a number of areas outside of specialty (e.g. enterprise architecture, application portfolio reviews, business case development)
• Strong communication and negotiating skills both written and verbal
• Able to communicate and present to senior management
• At least 7 years work experience in business or information technology, IT systems, systems design, architecture with a minimum of 5 years of experience working at a major Consulting company.

Financial Services experience and exposure to Microsoft portfolio and Microsoft Dynamics/365 will be highly regarded.
