The Salesforce team within Technology and Operations is looking for a Functional Consultant to implement changes and enhancements to Salesforce Platform.
You must have a good understanding and previous experience working with Salesforce, including the ability to perform basic changes on the platform to demonstrate business ideas.
Duties
- Work as part of the team to implement changes and enhancements to Salesforce Platform.
- Work with various stakeholders to manage the Salesforce Platform- generating business requirements, user stories, and test cases
Experience required
- 2-3 years in an IT Support role
- Administrative experience of Salesforce (Salesforce professional certifications highly beneficial)
- Ability to demonstrate through proof of concept or similar means key elements of business solution to test requirements and ability to achieve desired value
- Understanding of the standard OOTB (out of the box) declarative capabilities of Salesforce such as workflow, flows, process builder and app builder.
