Ashdown People is looking for an experience Database Analyst for a NSW Government Client to come in and support their organisation in preparing advice and summary reports of analyses conducted for review.

The role will require a high-level data management analysis, preparing reports and summaries and providing advice on interpretation and data limitations given in the service delivery and source system context.
  
Required skills:

• High level skills and experience in data management, ETL and custom analysis using analysis packages such as SAS, strata or similar tools.
• A solid understanding and experience in medium size data management, including SQL server and Oracle and ETL tools, at unit record level.
• A good understanding of how to summarise and present analysis findings so that meaningful information is provided to managers and executives to support service improvement and decision-making.
• A solid understanding of data linkage techniques and experience in large scale data linkage work at unit record level.
