My client is an organisation based in Sydney's Northern Suburbs and currently has a requirement for an ICT Engineer to come aboard and take responsibility for providing L1 and L2 support to staff members to identify, resolve or escalate issues to vendors, if applicable. Includes support for desktop, laptop, printing, network connectivity, software, and telephony issues

The successful incumbent will have a proven track record working in a similar role, excellent time management and communication skills, a can do attitude and a strong sense of customer service.

Accountabilities:

• Manage user accounts on MS active directory including creating new users, deactivating users, resetting / changing passwords / manage permission and access to folder structure / maintain AGDLP OU structure
• Provide technical support remotely, where applicable - 1st & 2nd Level Desktop Support
• End user training
• Experience supporting Citrix
• Experience supporting Skype for Business
• Escalate L2 technical issues relating to network, servers, printers and VoIP telephones to vendor
• Update and run software updates, upgrades and patches of OS, application, utility software and drivers
• Image SOE on new laptops
• Setup and Manage Email environment including addition to the appropriate distribution lists/groups
