Our client is involved in development/implementation NV2 cleared PeopleSoft Techno Functional resources. This will be a long-term contract.
Job Description:
"PeopleSoft- Techno functional Consultant with v9.2 experience for the following functional modules.
1. PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Resources – 9.2 including:
a. Self-Service:
i. Manager Self Service;
ii. Employee Self Service.
b. Recruitment, plus:
i. Placement Administration.
c. Workforce Administration, plus customisations on:
i. Higher Duty Application (HDA) – customised;
ii. Posting Administration;
iii. Posting Date Proposal (PDP/PPC);
iv. Return To Australia (RTA);
v. Study Bank;
vi. Language Proficiency;
vii. Placement Administration;
viii. Overseas Staff Profile; and
ix. Personnel Security.
d. Time and Labour.
e. Global Payroll and Absence Management.
f. Workforce Development, plus customisations on:
i. Overseas Staff Profile;
ii. Contractor Profile;
iii. Study Bank;
iv. Language Proficiency; and
v. Performance Management.
g. Organisational Development.
h. Security.
i. PeopleTools, plus customisations on:
i. LM Integration (Webservices).
j. Reporting, plus customisations for:
vi. SQR reports.
k. Interfaces
vii. Integration Broker
viii. Applications Engine
2. PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management – 9.0 plus customisations on:
a. Workflow based approval management; and
b. Course Evaluation.
