Your new company
One of the largest government departments within Victoria is looking for a Senior Web Developer to manage but deliver in this project
Your new role
This role is requiring you to have that consultant edge but also knowledge in end to end delivery through the Software Development Life Cycle. You will be working within internal / external stakeholders so it is important that you can present and deliver of the expectations set.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to:
- Excellent communication skills, combined with significant experience in requirements gathering and sprint planning. Experience with Jira or similar tooling is highly desirable.
- Experience leading a small team of developers in delivering solutions is essential.
- High level of proficiency with the Microsoft .NET Framework and the C# programming language.
- Experience building SPA web applications with Visual Studio 2015
- Significant expertise with HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery. Typescript experience will be highly regarded. Bootstrap experience desirable.
- Experience writing TSQL (stored procedures, queries)
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (or similar) highly regarded
- Understanding of data mart design concepts (Fact/Dimension tables) desirable
- Familiarity with Web API
- Thorough understanding of Angular JS and experience building web apps with Angular.
- Exposure to third party JavaScript add-ons (e.g. HighCharts, Syncfusion).
- Demonstrated experience in working in an enterprise IT environment, including working in SCRUM, AGILE, PRINCE2 and ITIL environments.
