Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and execute Test Plans and Test Cases to meet both the Functional and Non-Functional business requirements. 
• Execute test cases and record results of functional and non-functional test cases in accordance to the program Testing Standards. 
• Analyse, record, re-test and manage test defects/incidents using the appropriate defect management tool.
• Write test documentation including test status and test summary reports in a timely manner.
• Be actively involved in internal peer reviews and test assurance of third party vendors.
• Contribute towards program test governance and continuous team improvement.
• Complete other testing related tasks as assigned by the Test Manager.
• Oversee and manage the monitoring and reporting of project testing related trends and performance against project plans and schedules. 

Mandatory Qualifications/Experiences:

• Relevant tertiary and/or post-graduate qualifications or high level of testing experience in complex ICT Projects.
• ISTQB/ISEB Testing Foundation is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and testing - 5 years minimum 
• Recent experience in the development of project test plans, test cases, requirements traceability matrices, entry/exit criteria reports and test summary reports within an ICT program/project(s) environment.
• Experience on testing complex systems and/ or data migration projects.
• Full SDLC lifecycle from initiation through to production verification and test closure.
• Test Assurance of 3rd party vendors.  
• Integration testing with external vendors and state-wide organisations.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, written and oral communication skills including the ability to influence others and work collaboratively with people to suggest solutions.
• Well-developed conceptual, analytical, and problem solving skills and the ability to translate client business requirements into testable business scenarios and associated test cases.
