Due to growth and client demand, they have an immediate opportunity for a passionate and experienced Desktop Support Analyst.

About the role
The Desktop support Analyst will provide direct assistance to a designated set of clients onsite and remotely. This role will complement the team within the Sydney and Brisbane market.
You will also work with the sales and project team to interpret customer requirements and effectively read between the lines.
Duties
- To provide 1st and 2nd Level system support for desktops and end user computer devices
- Provide onsite support to customers where required with particular focus on performing root cause analysis for performance or efficiency related issues
- Provide support services to identified VIP users, you will use you experience gained over a long period of time to ensure that their experience with support provides the least amount of disruption to the business
- Work with specialist teams in the diagnosis and rectification of issues in areas such as authentication
- Unified communications and networking.
- Work with the team to build and enhance support documentation to improve the capability and resources available to help the helpdesk team.
- Manage the monitoring system to maintain system performance and availability targets
- Develop and maintain system documentation and configuration databases
You will be required to travel to sunny Brisbane once a week overnight, for the first few months, essentially to gain an understanding of the Brisbane client base and team.
