Our esteemed and well established client is seeking services of an experienced and self-motivated Network & Security Administrator to join their IT networking team. This is long term contractual opportunity for the right person with strong networking skills.
Baseline Security clearance is required for the role and the candidate with required clearance would be give the preference. Location: Perth CBD, WA.
To be considered for the role, you will need to have the following skills
Skills required:
· Administration and support of switching, routing and firewall network technologies in managed enterprise environments.
· Strong experience in Trend IMSVA
· Firewall & Content filtering experience (Checkpoint web and email gateways).
· Experience in F5 networks
· Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to isolate faults to a specific service or network segment.
Desirable:
· Experience in supporting telephony systems. Cisco Call manager/Skype for business desirable.
· Intermediate understanding of client platform requirements, services and topology (Windows 7, Windows 10, MacOS, iOS) in a managed enterprise environment
· Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
