Business Analyst required to assist in the delivery of multiple HR Projects as part of a global business Transformation.
As Business Analyst you will sit within the Corporate IT function and liaise closely with stakeholders from the HR functions of various business subsidiaries in order to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions to support them. You will elicit and document business requirements, map current and future processes, engage with operational stakeholders across HR and IT and provide advice during a period of significant Business Change. This is a greenfield opportunity to deliver a truly global Project in a fast paced, evolving environment.
You must have Business Analysis experience gained in a large complex environment and have previously delivered HR Projects using a variety of technologies - you must have exposure to one of the following platforms: Workday, Oracle HCM or Success Factors. You must display an energetic approach and be highly self-motivated and resilient as you will be operating in a true Change environment. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders across the corporate space.
