Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and business automation pre-sales , with professionally designed and delivered presentations, product demonstrations and high level designs that clearly communicate the client’s technical and functional requirements; manage client and sales expectations; ensure product suitability and positioning; and set SMART solution success criteria.
  • Professionally deliver or have input into relevant documentation for proposals, such as: High Level Design, Scope of Work, Requirement Specification, Functional and Technical Design, Proposals and tender responses.
  • Charging for Professional Services time utilised delivering billable consulting by engaging the necessary parts of the business.
  • Drive increased revenue for other Ricoh departments such as IT Services by ensuring that these products and services are presented to the customer as part of our offer maintain technical competency in Ricoh business solutions in primary and secondary specialisations.  Compliment and support the Professional Services teams across the country and proactively contribute to their professional development. Assist national initiatives such as Digital Automation / Digital Transformation and PS in identification of opportunities for solutions, services and positioning of the Ricoh brand as an ICT Services, Content Management and Business Automation provider.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts at a level your audience can understand

  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills – within the team and with clients

  • Professional in appearance and presentation
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise activities
  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or organisation
  • Strong skills in designing and implementing solutions
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends
