We are currently seeking applications for the Data Architecture Specialist role to join our Business Intelligence Team to implement a data dictionary solution to solve data issues and identify the impact it will have to the business.

Let's talk about the role:

As the Data Architecture Specialist (Data Dictionary/taxonomy), you will help to build the ResMed data dictionary and taxonomy.

Your role will be critical to the success of ResMed’s BI platform and reporting solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Maintain and enhance data dictionaries, taxonomies and data models

· Reverse engineer existing SQL code to the data dictionary

· Represent the Business Intelligence team in committee meetings with various stakeholders

Let's talk about you:

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in setting up standards, designing and maintaining data dictionaries and taxonomies.

You will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Business Intelligence as a Data Architect with a degree in IT or Computer Science or Information Science or Statistics or Mathematics with at least one data dictionary implementation experience.

You must have experience with one of the following or similar tools.

· Alation

· Collibra

· Informatica enterprise data catalog

· SAP Information Steward and Enterprise Information Management

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with Oracle eBusiness suite.
