THE ROLE
Here at NostraData we are seeking an experienced and engaging Business Analyst to join our friendly and innovative team.
Working closely with our business partners and customers, eliciting requirements and capturing business needs for projects and building upon the customer relationship, the role of Business Analyst will be responsible for (but not limited to):
• Articulately gather, validate and document the needs, requirements and ideas from the customer and business partner.
• Coordinate project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.
• Obtain key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identify solution interdependencies.
• Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
• Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues
• Monitor contracts, manage relationship and monitor vendor performance against SLA’s.
• Maintain Data Security and integrity of sensitive business data.
