The Role
The ideal candidate must have previous customer success/support or account management experience in software or online applications. You will be required to drive new client experiences and support existing customers.

Our cloud-based platform allows businesses to streamline their on-boarding process and to stay on top of compliance. We are trusted by companies in multiple verticals (including Energy, Utilities, Logistics and Telecommunications) to induct or train their staff and visitors every day.
We are currently seeking a driven and motivated customer support representative to join our growing business and dynamic team in Fitzroy.
The role requires you to:
- Confidently build relationships with existing and new clients by delivering high quality professional services and experience.
- Manage your time and efforts to most efficiently tend to your accounts and increase client satisfaction.
- Be pro-active and client focused to understand their needs and fill the requirement
- Think on your feet and provide solutions to client issues and enquiries.
- Work well in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting client issues within the software and providing a solution. Properly communicating the solution to the client via phone and email.
- Address any and all issues the clients may have with the software, system training needs, and various troubleshooting.
- Drive efficient on-boarding of new clients from initial sign up to go-live.
- Deliver continuous support and maintain client satisfaction
- Obtain customer feedback
- Log client interaction in our CRM
- Create material/videos for our online knowledge base
- Respond to both email and telephone client support enquiries
- Create and send newsletter campaigns for system updates, news updates, upgrade promotions, company news, system tips etc.
- Produce performance reports with attention to detail
To be successful, you will require:
- Demonstrated account management/customer support experience
- To process the ability to breakdown a business process and identify key elements within our software to suit the customers' needs.
- Be well spoken. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence dealing with Senior decision makers including Managers, Directors and CEO's
- A persistent and resilient attitude. Able to think on your feet.
- You must be based in Melbourne
- WHS knowledge will be highly regarded and benefit you in this role.
Hours
Full time 38 hours a week at our Fitzroy office.
Salary package
60k package.
