You are:

You’re a Process Lead or Workstream Operating Model Lead, who started their career as a Chartered Accountant or Certified Praticising Accountant, with extensive process mapping experience and knowledge. 

You will be highly experienced in Lean Six Sigma and ideally you have experience developing and optimising finance processes within a large organisation or as part of a big financial transformation. 

As a Process Lead you'll have excellent communication skills and will be agile & adaptive in your approach, with the ability to successfully navigate a large environment.  


The role:

This role will see you leading the development of a Finance Operating Model to ensure that the organisations best practices are met and that the finance processes align to the business strategy. 

As well as developing the finance procedures, you will be optimising and improving existing processes and procedures using tools such as Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis and process mapping. 

 This role will be based in the CBD but will require occasional travel to Gosford.

Requirements / Skills:

• Strong experience as a Process Manager / Lead 
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt required 
• Strong business-facing & stakeholder management skills
• Extensive Process Mapping experience essential 
• Background in consulting or financial services ideal 
• Bachelor in Finance or related degree
