A leading global technology firm is seeking an E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team in Ryde. Your role will involve improving end to end digital experience for customers using digital tools.
Responsibilities:
- Digital store experience improvement for customers through flow friction reduction.
- Review of content and product/category launches.
- Cause analysis and change recommendations.
- Improvement recommendations of experience based on insights and analytics.
- Roadmap feature testing for optimal solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Marketing/Business/Quantitative degree or experience.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce or online marketing.
- Sophisticated computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Requirements:
- Content localization experience.
- Background in analytics.
- Experience with PowerBi, Omniture or similar software.
- Site optimisation experience.
Immediate start for this role on a 12 month contract with view to extend.
