Description

To troubleshoot any printer issues that customers may have and escalate if need be. You'll specifically need:

  • Level 2 IT experience
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Carrying out repairs
  • Installing printers and software remotely

  • Hands on technical experience with hardware
  • Experience in troubleshooting software issues
  • A clear and professional phone manner
  • An ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
