Our client is seeking a Technical Services Technician to join their team.

Multinational market leading Manufacturing organisation based within the Western Sydney area.
Description
To troubleshoot any printer issues that customers may have and escalate if need be. You'll specifically need:
- Level 2 IT experience
- Proven customer service skills
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Carrying out repairs
- Installing printers and software remotely
Profile
- Hands on technical experience with hardware
- Experience in troubleshooting software issues
- A clear and professional phone manner
- An ability to prioritise and multi-task
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
