We are looking for a project coordinator to work for the NSW Government on a 6 month contract based in the CBD. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, track and report on the status of project deliverables to ensure time, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved project plans for assigned projects.
• Maintain register of compliance with endorsed project management methodology, ITIL change management process and other organisational policies for audit purposes.
• Contribute to the development of project plans under the guidance of a Project Manager to develop future capability
• Liaising with Project Coordinator (Operations) about scheduling and the implementation of these with vendors.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Team.
• Establishing and maintaining filing and records management systems, including registers and databases; create and maintain records in the TRIM computerised record management system
• Provide high quality customer service by answering or redirecting of general enquiries received via telephone, email and other communication methods in an attentive and timely manner

Selection Critera:

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Prior Government experience highly desirable (but not essential)
• 5+ years relevant experience
