About the role

Our candidate would need to have extensive experience in IT business analysis working on major Payroll and HR related projects. This role will integrate Chris21 and Kronos timesheets with our client’s payroll system into a new Microsoft Dynamics-365 ERP.

They must be able to work effectively as a team member with an ability to take initiative and work independently as required. Excellent written and oral communication is essential, as is the ability to work efficiently to meet aggressive project deadlines. A focus on the client's business needs and stakeholder management is crucial.

Selection Criteria & Key Responsibilities

  • Strong experience in integrating Chris21 as well as Kronos time and attendance systems with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Extensive business analysis experience and an ability to work with the vendor to develop data interfaces between Kronos, Chris21 and Microsoft Dynamics-365.
  • Demonstrated awareness of legacy systems such as TRS and TechOne and an ability to contribute to the change communication and management of legacy data.
  • Contribute to the HR data “Source of Truth” discussions through an objective assessment of the systems in relation to their specifications.
  • Assist in the alignment of multiple pay cycles to a single consolidated pay run.

Mandatory Experience

  • Track record of successfully contributing to the delivery of complex Payroll and HR related projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying assumptions, constraints, dependencies and risks.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with Test Management teams, including framework, scenarios and analysis of results and the management of the testing life cycle from defects to resolution.
  • Experience in liaising effectively and working collaboratively with a range of business stakeholders, to facilitate cooperation and support in achieving outcomes and to establish and maintain strong effective working relationships.
