The Role
This Project Analyst position is an 18 month fixed term contract, with the potential for extension/permanency. The role reports directly to both the Program Director and Senior Project Manager and you will be pivotal in the successful implementation of a rostering system in to a complex environment.
This organisation has some excellent people at every level and as the project analyst you will be a key linchpin between business users, organisational stakeholders, and the project delivery team. The organisation is going through a lot of growth and transformation, meaning you will need to quickly develop an understanding of both current rostering and its intended future state.
Activities may include process re-engineering and change activities, system configuration, testing, training and support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Stakeholder and relationship management.
- Business Analysis, eliciting operational requirements, providing business solutions, and working closely with delivery teams and users.
- Business process improvements, automation, enhancing sustainability, identify potential benefits, define UAT.
- Data Analysis, investigating and interpreting data focused on improving rostering solutions.
About You
You will be a Project Analyst with an analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills. You will understand how to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders, and how to influence change and create positive outcomes in a high growth business.
You will work alongside some excellent people who are passionate about enabling the business to deliver impeccable services to its customers. You will have structure, support and guidance when needed but also be provided all of trust and autonomy you need in order to successfully deliver in your role.
Your experience and skills should include most, if not all:
- Experience with RosterOn, managing, configuring, testing, training.
- If not RosterOn - Experience in the same capacity with a different rostering solution.
- Experience must be from a work intensive environment, ideally within a major health provider, but potentially with affiliated sectors such as facilities management, potentially mid-large human service providers.
- Business skills around planning, scheduling, managing information, coordinating people and working to deadlines,
- Process re-engineering and change activities, system configuration, testing, training and support.
You must also be:
- Someone with a positive and dedicated attitude to their work.
- An excellent communicator who enjoys speaking to and managing people.
- Someone who wants to contribute ideas to a growing and innovative organisation.
