The Client
My client is growing their team due to an increase project pipeline. They need a strong .NET developer who is backend focused and can develop from the database to presentation layer.
You will have at least 7 years .NET experience with exceptional communication skills to interact with key technical members and the business.
The ability to implement new features to existing solutions within an Agile environment is essential.
Key Technical Skills
- Strong C# / ASP.NET skills
- Web APIs
- Continuous integration
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Git or JIRA or TeamCity
- AWS and/or Mobile development an advantage
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop new and existing solutions using a defined ‘Development Life Cycle' within an agile environment
- Ensure high quality code is maintained at all times
- Be able to communicate effectively - verbal and written
- Be able to work alone or with others as needs dictate
- Take ownership of all assigned tasks
- Be proactive in promoting ‘Best Practices’
- Strong focus on Continuous Improvements in SDLC
This role would suit a Senior .NET developer who enjoys technology and continually learning new techniques and skills. You will be required to liaise with stakeholders of all levels of seniority and technical understanding, therefore you must be well-presented with good communication skills.
