This role will be part of an EPMO for a significant Technology and Business Transformation portfolio. It is responsible for supporting the overall portfolio governance and administration needs of projects and programmes. This includes managing and improving artefacts and processes for managing projects, tracking and reporting , preparing committee packs etc. It has a strong focus on providing insights and recommendations on prioritisation, strategic value and , risks, assumptions, issues and project dependencies.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in a Program Management Office or large ICT Portfolio with strong reporting and governance experience - including status updates, risk & issues, budgets, dependencies
- Excellent understanding of project management frameworks and experience in structured program and PMO environments, processes, artefacts, best practice
- Experience consulting with Program Managers and program PMO's, providing guidance on structure , Business Cases, Change Requests and Stage Gates
- Excellent secretariat skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a proven capability in working with C level stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to demanding and fluid environments
- Relevant tertiary and/or professional qualifications
