We are currently looking for Senior Network Security Engineer for our Insurance Client Based on our client site in  Caloundra (Sunshine Coast)
 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and document detailed security infrastructure architecture according to, at a minimum, industry recognised best practice.
• Security device management and monitoring
• Monitor, manage and maintain the integrity and availability of operational security technologies.
• The ability to perform platform maintenance, updates & platform troubleshooting
• Responding to security incidents & events, ensuring that cyber security incidents are managed according to process, and are communicated to the necessary stakeholders according to sensitivity and criticality.
• Responding to Platform stability events.

 

Skills-

• Strong experience in security infrastructure, including Next-Generation Firewalls, WAF, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering. 
• Technical experience with Web Application and Operating System security.
• Strong trouble-shooting ability and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of the latest security principles, techniques, protocols, and practices.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, O365, F5 and Antivirus.
• Cloud Security Experience advantageous.
• Experience with enterprise security and networking technologies, systems, infrastructure, and network analysis / monitoring tools using Splunk.
• Experience in building, documenting and maintaining complex security solutions and systems.
