Our client is one of Australia’s largest providers of administration services to the financial, banking and insurance sectors. As a result of their continuous growth they now need a talented level 3/4 Software/Help Desk Engineer.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting customer support issues
- Installation and maintenance of desktops, laptops etc
- Assisting on network and server projects
- Rostered after hours telephone support
Personal Qualifications
- Minimum of two years in a level two position
- Experience in supporting Windows 7, 10 Desktops
- Understanding of network technologies ie firewalls, switching, routing, VLAN, WLAN etc
- Office 365 installation, migration and administration
