Leading iconic business based in the Hill District is seeking a Program Manager with strong Business Transformation experience.
The role of the Program Manager will involve leadership of a portfolio of projects and coordinate across a variety of streams.
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
- Leading the design and development of solutions to improve customer experience
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives across the business area
- Develop the approach, business requirements and associated business cases
- Lead a team to develop the approach, business requirements, proof of concept and pilot
- Develop relevant documentation associated with program
- Lead the team in the development and execution of all typical project toolsets, (Schedule, Dependencies, Risk, financials)
- Hold team members accountable for quality of delivery
- Timely and accurate reporting on progress, risks, roadblocks, financials
- Identify and manage key dependencies
- Engaging and managing senior stakeholders to ensure buy in and support
- Ensure end state teams are ready to accept the change
- Ensure smooth delivery and implementation into Stores
- Effect project closure and team redeployment
The right candidate will have:
- Effective relationship skills - being able to form business relationship at all levels from front line staff to C-suite
- Extensive Program Management / Business Transformation experience
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within a matrix work environment
- Strong commercial / business acumen
- Track record in managing multiple complex streams
- Previous Retail or Operations experience would be advantageous
- Business case development
- Previous experience in programs with end to end process improvement changes
- Proficient with scheduling and presentation toolsets
- Formal project management qualifications
- Previous experience in programs with People and Process impacts and an understanding of process methodologies
