About the role
You will be a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst responsible for analysing business needs and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
Operationally, you will support business changes and continuous improvement by aligning solutions with business needs. You will enjoy re-engineering business processes, defining and managing requirements.
Within this role, you will be responsible for documenting the current and future state business processes, conduct workshops with multiple stakeholders to elicit business requirements and assist in the selection of a COTS software solution.
About you
In order to be successful for this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualification in Business Analysis or Information Technology;
- Minimum of five years in a similar role;
- Highly developed analysis skills, strong influencing and negotiation skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience in defining and documenting As-Is/To-Be business process adhering to BPMN standards;
- Previous experience in delivering a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution will be viewed favourably.
