We’re looking to add talent to our Gaming Services Business Transformation team! This role is a 12 month, fixed term contract.

What you will do

• Implement ISO9001/2008 standards and prepare Maxgaming and Bytecraft for certification in ISO9001/2008, with appropriate relevance to ISO9001/2015 updates.
• Create and update Quality Management documentation as required
• Ensure that all employees and people the company support are adequately trained and qualified to perform their duties whilst always maintaining standards
• Act as Subject Matter Expert to internal stakeholders relating to all things Quality Management
• Proactively identify, mitigate and resolve potential ISO9001 compliance issues.

What you will bring

• Previously responsible for implementing an ISO9001 QMS
• Exposure to project management methodologies in a transformation environment
• Demonstrable ability to negotiate with stakeholders and come to a mutual agreement
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Demonstrable ability to balance regulatory/accreditation requirements with business needs 
• Extensive knowledge of the requirements of ISO9001 certification bodies and the pathways to certification
• Aptitude to understand complex delivery models
• Mandatory - Certification/Qualifications in quality management methodologies and processes.
• Desirable to hold a degree in business, commerce, IT or related discipline, and/or demonstrated competence appropriate to the position, including significant experience in working in a business transformation environment.
