Your responsibilities in this rewarding role will include:

• Creating CSV files and uploading to third party Practice Management systems (PMS)
• Supporting resellers with adhoc technical and commercial requirements
• Working closely with third party (PMS) including regular site visits and meetings with relevant stakeholders
• Adhoc development projects relating to sofware interfacing
• Internal and external reporting
• Business analysis through adhoc reporting and required
• Liaising between sales and development on technical issues

To be considered for this diverse role your key attributes will include:

• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal with the confidence and enthusiasm to build strong working relationships and liaise effectively with corporate stakeholders
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Microsoft reporting tools ideal (but not essential)
• Highly developed problem solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and follow up
• A passionate team player who loves to make a difference!

To be considered for this role you will come from an IT background with Level 2 Support experience or alternatively, Account Management in Technology.  Any prior exposure to 3rd party integration will be highly regarded.
