Description

The client is looking for an experienced test manager to implement and drive best practice test strategies and lead a new testing team. The role will incorporate executing the organisations testing roadmap and will involve engagement with stakeholders at a number of levels, making strong communication skills essential. The role will require the candidate to ensure delivery of several manual and automation testing projects. As well as leading and executing functional and non-functional tests.

Profile

The applicant must have

• Numerous years continuous testing experience.

• Proven experience as a leader/manager working with a team of at least 3.

• Strong experience with automation tools in an enterprise environment including Selenium, QTP/UFT

• Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder engagement.

• Forward thinking and innovative approach to automation testing technologies with a demonstrated ability to improve existing systems.

• Previous experience in Agile methodologies.

• Ability with functional and non-functional systems and integration testing.

• Strong knowledge of systems architecture and testing trends in an enterprise environment.

Job Offer
