An exciting 12-month opportunity with an immediate start for a Project Manager - Human Resource Systems to join a market leading organisation undergoing enterprise wide change.
Working across multiple projects, with numerous vendors and teams, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience with a variety of HR Systems across both the public and private sector.
Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager - HR Systems, you will:
- Implementation and integration of Software as a Service (SaaS) products
- Liaise and co-ordinate a multitude of internal resources as well as third party vendors to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Design and develop a variety of project artefacts
- Manage changes made to project details including budget, scheduling and scope
Key Requirements
As the Project Manager - HR Systems, you will have:
- Minimum 15 years IT experience and 10 years as a Project Manager
- Extensive experience with Kronos HR systems
- Expert level of fluency with the Microsoft Suite
- Outstanding communication, organisation and presentation skills
- Experience with PRINCE2
- Relevant industry certifications are desired
