Our client, a busy established volume homes builder is in need of an experienced Revit drafter to join the team. Building 350 homes a year they are looking for someone who can jump straight in to work on master plans, variations and amendments. 

In this role you will be responsible for creating full working drawings on Revit and preparing full documentation drawings for DA to council. You would also be required to amend drawings to suit any client needs or request as well as working alongside the compliance and estimating team. 

You will ideally have the following criteria:

• Strong knowledge of Building Codes and Standards
• Strong and regular professional use of Revit
• A minimum of three years experience working for a residential builder.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attitude towards company culture is a must!
• Diploma or Cert IV in Building and Design would be required
