Revit Drafter

This highly successful and fast growing home builder is going from strength to strength. Wanting to retain their award winning reputation they now have an immediate need for an experienced Revit drafter to join their dynamic team.
 
This position will see you preparing preliminary sketches & coordinating designs, liaising with Council and consultants and having a good understanding of the Building Codes of Australia. You will be able to produce detailed documentation of Site/Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Details, Electrical, Kitchen, Storm Water Plan, Soil & Sediment Control Plan and Shadow Diagrams. You will form part of a tight knit drafting and design team that will work closely with the construction side of the business. 
 
You will have extensive experience in drafting having worked for either an Architectural practice or a house builder. Qualifications in drafting or design will be highly regarded as well as experience using Revit. Visualisation skills will be well regarded but not essential.
