Our client operates as both an in-house design arm for a boutique developer of hotels and multi-residential developments as well as a documentation house to support major architectural projects.  With an increasing number of projects both on their own development projects as well as increased requests to provide documentation services their senior management is becoming increasingly stretched and as such they are looking for a senior Revit documentor to provide support to management.

Your role will be to help oversee projects (both internal development and documentation house projects), primarily through working drawing stages where you will be involved in the allocation of work, and the peer review/QA of the teams output.  Where required you will also be involved in liaising with other architectural practices around requirements and updates for the documentation-house projects.

Successful candidates will need:

• Both the technical skills and personality traits that will allow you to oversee junior documentation teams via both formal assignment and monitoring of tasks as well as providing ad-hoc solutions and advice on projects as required.
• Previous experience working on the documentation of large architectural projects ranging from large hotels, student accommodation, multistorey residential and mixed-use projects.
• Strong Revit skills
