As a Slyletica Production Assistant, your daily tasks will include:

• Assisting Australia’s fastest growing Active Wear brands
• Thinking “outside the box” to problem solve
• Managing Critical Paths
• Chasing samples, ensuring production/delivery is on time
• Sending tech packs to factories – negotiating delivery date & pricing – communicating and coordinating all approvals needed
• Coordinating couriers and production pick up / delivery
• Managing Quality Checks and approvals
• Handle all Admin Duties of Production Team
• Continuous learning of manufacturing process for all types of garments
• Be an integral part of identifying new suppliers and establishing a healthy ongoing relationship

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to thrive under pressure and deadlines
• Knows how to have fun & work hard at the same time
• First-hand experience working directly with international suppliers
• Some Garment experience – direct active wear experience is a huge plus
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of organization.
• Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks within set deadlines
