Statutory Planner Job. Build your experience, process a variety of applications in a Growth Area council.
Your new company
Our client located located in a designated growth area of Melbourne is one of the largest municipalities in metropolitan Melbourne. The council are now seeking a statutory planner to join their team and assist with processing a diverse range of applications.
Your new role
In this role, you will report directly to the Coordinator of Statutory Planning and work in team of five planners. You will join a stable team and be responsible for processing a range of planning applications.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a tertiary qualification in urban planning or a related discipline
- Have 6+ months statutory planning experience with local government in Victoria
- Possess excellent written and communication skills
