Your new company is one of Victoria's leading Home Builders. They are seeking to appoint an individual who has a deep understanding of the Residential Construction process. The opportunity presented is highly rewarding and challenging and would best suit a draftsperson who is passionate about documentation and meeting deadlines to join its team.
 
The successful candidate will report to the Drafting Manager and you will be responsible for; completing all drawings accurately and reflecting customer requirements, produce drawing to support stages of the workflow process and incorporate amendments required to obtain a building permit, identify solutions to achieve the customers design requests whilst complying with design guidelines and variation policies.
 
To be successful in this role you will be required to have drafting experience within the volume, custom or boutique residential building industries, qualifications in Architectural Drafting or equivalent, a sound understanding of the home building and construction process and highly competent at AutoCAD. Applicants who have worked with Volume Builders will be highly regarded.
