Your Company
They are one of Melbourne’s premier architecture practices, delivering architecture, interior and urban design projects. They Specialise in large Multi Residential, Aged Care, Community, Sports and Masterplan Projects.
You’ll be part of a great team, based in a fantastic South Melbourne Studio, close to shops, cafes and bars and easy to get to via all forms of transport.
Your Role
If you are reading this you are a Design Architect, or a Project Architect with great front-end experience, having been involved in the design and documentation of Multi-Res projects.
You will be a key part of the Practice, within the design team and working closely with the Design Director and Associates.
Do you have the essential skills and experience for this Role?
- Degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect (preferred)
- 6+ years post-graduation experience on medium projects in Melbourne
- Archicad or Revit, Microsoft Office, Artlantis, Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite
- A proven track record of producing great concept/sketch designs
- Well versed in Feasibility Studies
- Strong working knowledge of Local and National Planning Process/Regulations
- Experience in coordinating consultants
- Great communicator - written, verbal and visual
- Have a proactive, approachable and sociable personality
