ABOUT THE COMPANY.
   
Having previous experience in one of Australia's leading Architectural studios, the Directors of this company formed a Studio that had the same design quality and excellence, with a more tailored, hands-on, and personal approach to Clients, specialising in the high-end Residential sector.

ABOUT THE ROLE.
     
Your role will be heavily involved in projects from end to end, taking into account design and documentation, encompassing a 360 degree Architect role. You will work closely with Clients, relevant consultants, and multiple internal teams. You will have a high degree of collaboration as well as autonomy.

DUTIES.

• AutoCAD documentation - prepare DA/CC drawings/documentation 
• Attend site visits and client meetings
• Liaise with clients, consultants and councils
• Management and mentorship of more junior staff

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Registration is a bonus
• Strong high-end Residential sector experience (mutli-res as well) 
• Very strong ability with AutoCAD software
• Experienced managing teams, projects, and clients
