The Opportunity

We now have a new and exciting opportunity for a Retail Designer to join our busy store design team and assist in the establishment of our Retail Food Group outlets. Based at our Gold Coast Head Office, this busy role will see you involved in the design of our stores and will see you undertake various activities such as:

• Designing and drawing multiple retail outlets throughout the year
• Providing up-to-date drawings to the relevant parties for implementation
• Submitting revised designs to all stakeholders
• Liaising with internal staff in relation to projects & designs
• Consulting with Project Managers, Shopping Centres, Shop Fitters
• Problem resolution and execution

To be successful for this position you will possess the following:

• Previous experience in commercial retail design
• Experience with ArchiCad software essential
• Ability to manage and complete multiple designs
• Understanding of construction principles
• Functional email, excel and word skills
• Communicate effectively  at all levels

You will be in charge of designing projects, managing each design from concept to project. You will have administration, design and senior project management support and from time to time you may be required to consult on a site level.
