About the company:
Our client is a residential volume builder that has grown to be one of the largest land owners in Victoria, with over 700 homes in the pipeline for construction. They are proud to have a long-standing team of over 400, and the ability to provide career progression to their staff.

About the role:

• Produce full sets of working drawings
• Check drawings produced by internal and external drafting team members
• Work with the Team Leader to ensure quality standards are adhered to
• Apply client variations to drawings
• Conduct site visits of displays and create minutes of meetings
• Order and check structural engineering
• Ensure understanding and compliance in relation to building regulations

Requirements:

• Volume housing experience is essential
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD software is essential
• A Diploma or equivalent in Drafting is highly regarded
• Professional and a team player!
