Overview of the Position:

This is an exciting and rewarding position that is responsible for the creation of website projects, from start to finish, for a diverse range of small businesses. You will be an individual who has exceptional communication and organisation skills, passionate about design and creating great looking user-friendly websites.

This is a website production role that requires an exceptionally strong eye for good design. You will be designing the websites primarily in the CMS so no coding experience is required, although some CSS is an advantage. This position will have limited use of the Adobe suite but you will need to be competent in the use of the suite when required.  

What Are the Must Haves to Be Successful in This Role?

• An exceptional eye for visual aesthetics.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A proficient verbal and written communicator
• Empathy for client with low tech experience.
• Ability to work autonomously in the delivery of multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Experience with websites (WordPress ideal)
• Knowledge of CSS and UX design an advantage.
• An intermediate level of Adobe Suite skills.  

What Are Your Responsibilities?

• To provide an amazing customer experience to our clients.
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout the process of delivery.
• Effectively advising and designing our clients websites with creative flair and to brief. Managing the entire website design cycle from design brief to delivery.
• Communicating and advising the client throughout the website production process.
• Delivering a high standard of communication according to Magicdust's core values.
