Full time, permanent, Admin Assistant role based in St. Leonards to support a sales team. Your new role is an IT based company which you will provide admin, data entry and customer service. Within this role the company supports companies through their IT solutions. Be a part of this amazing opportunity and apply below..
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the Sales Team with ad hoc duties and data entry
- Providing and tailoring quotes
- Managing customer expectations and offering the highest level of Customer Service
- Processing work orders and service orders
- Following up with customers and coordinating invoices
Your skills:
- Previous Sales Support experience
- Confidence speaking with customers
- Problem solving/solutions abilities
- Organisational skills
- SAP desirable - Not essential
